Secure checkout

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and PayPal. Payments are processed securely by Stripe and PayPal; we never see your full card numbers. We do not offer buy now, pay later services such as Afterpay or Klarna.

If your order does not arrive

Every order ships with tracking via Cainiao Standard. You will receive a tracking number by email when your order ships. Signed-in customers can also view their orders under Account > Orders.

If your order has not arrived by the end of the delivery estimate shown at checkout, please contact us. We will either re-send the item or refund you in full.

Refunds for faulty, damaged or wrong items

If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, please contact us with your order number and photos. We will arrange a refund or replacement. Approved refunds are processed within 3 business days.

Change of mind returns

You can return unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery for a change of mind. The buyer pays return postage, and the return address may be overseas.

Consumer guarantees

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law always apply. Local consumer laws in your country also apply.
